MyOnsiteTech was created by two computer service technicians in the Spring of 2003. The need existed for an automated invoice that could be used onsite or remotely in real-time. This would reduce the administrative expenses and allow the technician and client to make decisions in real-time from near and afar with security and accuracy. Additionally, the client does not have to wait for a company to find out where the technician is. We realized that keeping the technician happy trickles down to giving and getting better service for the client.
MyOnsiteTech is all about giving as much of the money paid for services to the one that actually does the work. The patent pending real-time invoice was designed by a technician for the purpose of putting control of a job between, 1.) the client and 2.) the technician, therefore putting the administration cost overhead back in the professional technician's pocket.
